Wheels on lower basket fell off, melted and wouldn't go back on
This was really easy. I agree with the other posters that I read about before I purchased new wheel and axle components. It took all of about 5 minutes to do, it was really simple and well worth the money spent. DON'T wait any longer lifting that tray out ...get the parts and fix it, you will be happy you did!! Very Happy : )

Several wheel axels broken causing lower rack to fall
Removed all of the 8 wheels and axels, installed all new axels on new wheels and installed new parts. Very easy and anyone can do it. Now the lower rack rolls in and out like new. I should not have waited so long. The new wheels are wider than the old front wheels and should give more support when fully loaded.

Dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes
By reading these posts realized it was the lack of working wheels on my bottom basket that was keeping the machine from cleaning properly. If your basket isn't sitting at the appropriate height dishes will not get clean. After putting on all new wheels and and wheel axels or studs my washing machine works great ! Saved me hundreds of dollars I was ready to buy a new machine. Oh and using Cascade also helped don't use anything else nothing comes close spend the money for Cascade its worth it !! Wheels were coming loose and melting on heater
I purchased the new white wheels and the redesigned clips. Installation was easy, no tools needed. I had a concern with the one size only wheels because the existing front 4 wheels were smaller than the rear. Not an issue once I installed the new wheels and clips. It rolls better, solid and sure than the existing wheels which would require extra effort if not pushed from the middle.

Wheels kept falling off lower rack
Before I could get to the repair, my 12 son opened the parts and put the axles and wheels on. It was very simple and now it's like I have a new dishwasher!!

Wheels on lower rack broke off
Quck and easy to put on 8 new wheels. A must do for anyone with this dishwasher because the old wheels were poorly designed. I can't believe I waited so long to order them. They arrived within 2 days and took 5 minutes to put on. Be sure to order all 8 replacements wheels and 8 wheel axles.

Wheels on lower rack would not stay on due to broken clips
I bought new clips and new wheels. It was easy to assemble the clips to the wheels and snap them on the lower rack. Now it moves just like it did when the dishwasher was new.

Lower rack would not glide in and out properly
Did it without my husband's help....pulled off the old wheels and snapped on the new ones....originally the front wheels were smaller than the rear ones but now they are the same so I wish I would have ordered all 8 wheels in the same color as the rear ones were not available in grey...very quick delivery....would highly recommend this company as they were extremely helpful on the phone too

The wheels fell off and melted against the heating unit. One would fall off then another over a period of time.
Simple. Very simple Just pop them on and remember to order the correct elements to insert into the wheel.

After going on your website and reading some of the other stories, we couldn't believe how easily we could have resolved this issue! We called local appliance parts and sales stores and they gave us ridiculous prices to replace the wheels!!
