Wheels fell off dishwasher rack on bottom and melted
I read others repairs for this problem on your website and copied what they purchased. I couldn't believe how easy it was to replace them. I can't believe I lived with no wheels for about six months!

Rollers/clips of lower rack kept falling off due to poor design and improper sizing of front rollers.
The repair was quite easy. You simply take the new rollers and attach the pins to each of the rollers purchased. I gladly remove the old roller units. I placed each of the new rollers onto each pin of the lower rack unit, and snap them into place. The rack rolls with ease now thankfully!

The front wheels were coming off the lower dishwasher rack.
Having ordered new axles and wheels, we easily took the old ones off and snapped on the new ones. Once we realized NOT to put the wheels on the axles before attaching them to the rack, the repair was super easy. Evidently GE had put inefficient axles on the original dishwaser and had subsequently redesigned them.

The wheels on the lower rack of the dishwasher were bending. The rack was difficult to move.
My husband was able to remove the wheels that were bending from the dishwasher rack. Then, he replaced the wheels with new ones and used new studs to hold the wheels in place.

Wheels on lower rack were partially melted and falling of all the time, so I couldn't pull the rack out, it was annoying!
It was sooo easy, I can't believe I took so long to get these new rollers and studs. Shipment arrived in 2 days, I removed those old melted wheels, through them away and installed the new ones, took me less than 10 minutes, it was painless, no tools needed. I did follow a tip from a buyer that was to attach the studs to the wheels prior attaching them to the lower rack and it was a very usefull tip. Do that! Now my dishwasher is like new again. Great shopping experience, Thank you!

Lower rack wheels were falling off
Removed and replaced all rack wheels with new wheels and wheel axles. All I needed was new axles, as they are new and better, and solved the problem of the wheel falling off. G.E. should offer customers with this problem, new wheel axles at no charge, as they are very easy to exchange. The original axle was a bad design.

Our dishwasher wheels kept slipping off track and falling off
these appeared to be a newer design of wheels and wheel hubs that fit much better and seemed more stable. Very easy to replace and the bottom rack of our dishwasher works great now!

Roller melted from heating coil
Installed new roller which where larger than the original rollers. I believe these larger rollers will stop rack from slipping down near heating coils. The new rollers snapped on with very litlle effort.

The wheels would keep popping off
The repair is just a couple of minutes job. All I had to do was to pop the wheel axle in the new wheels, remove the old wheels and put the new ones in. The wheel axles on the original one, were like clasps. All one needs to do is to pull the clasp to one side and slide the wheel out. The new one, just needs to be pushed in. In my case, I could have just swapped out the axles, but decided to change the whole set anyway.
