The door handle broke at the at the point where the handle screws to the door
Unscrewed the top screw from indide the door panel. To remove the lower screw I had to gently separate the square seal which goes on the inside door panel. Once I removed the two screws, I could attach the new handle, put the lining back and the job was done.
The new part did not come with new set of screws. It should have!!

Broken door handle
First I removed the upper handle screw. In order to get to the second screw holding the bottom of the handle, I removed the inner door window seal with a putty knife then removed the second screw. I installed the new handle, attached the screws and replaced the seal and that's all there was to it. The whole repair was done in 2 minutes.

Plastic handle broke off at the bottom
Removed one screw on the inside of the door, upper left hand corner. With a small knife, lifted the small plastic seal around the inside glass. Removed the 2nd screw at the bottom left on the inside of door. Attached the new handle with the two screws, replaced the plastic seal on the inside and it was ready to go. Simple and took less than 10 minutes. No service call or repairman required. Reviewing the comments at your website was very helpful to get started. Thanks for a great deal! Chuck in Harrisburg,PA

Plastic handle to over-range microwave broke and need to be replaced
Firts removed the phillips head screw securing the door handle on the inside top of the microwave door. Then used putty knife to dislodge the plastic surrounding the window on the back of the microwave door...thus uncovering the 2nd screw that holds the bottom of the plastic door handle. Removed the 2nd screw. Removed the broken handle. Put the replacement handle in position and secured with the two phillips head screws. Pressed the plastic back in place around the door window. Voila! It's done. Took about 10 minutes

Broken handle at lower screw
Opened door, partially removed inner frame holding window in place by carefully sliding a small putty knife along outer edge of frame. This was the key to get to lower screw. This frame is held in place by plastic nubs on frame.. Be careful. Removed upper and lower screws holding handle and replaced old handle with new one using same screws. Reset frame by gently pushing it back in place.

The bottom screw holding the handle to the door broke off.
First I remove d the top screw which can be seen when the door is open. Next I gently pried the plastic rim away from the inside of the door which uncovered the bottom screw. Placed the new handle in position and reversed the removal process, carefully tightening the screw, being careful to not overtighten. Snapped the plastic rim back into place and the job was done. The whole repair took less than 5 minutes! I saved big bucks by doing it myself and it is not difficult as long as you can operate a screwdriver!

Plastic door handle broke off
I ran into the same problem everyone does when doing this job. I found and removed the top screw from the back of the door but could not see the bottom screw so was unsure how to remove old broken plastic piece from lower handle attachment point and reinstall new. I went back to the website and found the comments from others re how to do this and from there it was a 2 minute job. The only thing I would add is a caution: When removing the wide black plastic flange from inside the door (to access the bottom screw) pry it out carefully all around. If you pry open only at the handle end and start pulling away there is a risk of snapping the flange

Door handle broke off at bottom.
Took the microwave door off. Then read other repair stories here online and discovered that wasn't neccesary. So when the handle arrived I only had to unscrew the top visible screw, pry the bottom plastic strip off the door to reveal and remove the hidden screw. From there it was only a matter of seconds to attach the new handle and snap the plastic strip back in place. Only thing I need to mention is we did not realize the part would be coming from Canada and were surprised to see the additional postage fee charged to our debit card. Felt that should have been added up front. Not a problem, just a surprise.

Door handle broke
The repair was relatively ease. I have to tell you that what helped me the most was reading the experiences others had had. The repair took me qabout 7 minutes. Simply take a puddy knife and carefully take out the ring around the glass on the indide of the door. Once removed you will see the botoom screw. The upper screw is very visible. Remove the two screws and replace....its that ease.

Microwave door handle broken
This repair is simple if you know what needs to be done. In my particular case, only the top screw was exposed from the inside of the microwave door. In order to get to the bottom screw, I had to pry the thin, rectangular trim away from the door. A thin, hard pry blade works good for this. Once you get one corner free, the rest of it pulls off pretty easily. I removed both screws, replaced the handle with the new one and secured the new one with the old screws. The new handle does NOT come with new screws, so you will need to buy new ones if you don't have the screws from the previous handle. Overall, it was a very simple fix worth doing yourself.

Handle on the microwave broke
The Parts select diagram and order ing process made it very easy to complete my repair job. After receiving my parts, I unscrewed the screws with a phillips driver. Then I popped out the handle. There is one tricky part - the screw is a bit too small for the existing whole and so I added a washer to fix this problem. I then slide in the new handle. Very easy!
