We had a crack in the control panel frame.
The repair was simple. It was just a matter of removing the upper vent grill to access the screws for the panel frame. Then I just popped out the old frame and installed the new..and the micowave is as great as it was new. The PartSelect website allowed me to see a visual map of all the parts of my microwave which allowed me to find and choose the right piece for the job. It only took 5 minutes for the repair.

Frame around the keypad was broken
Remove air inlet piece with two screws. Remove one screw holding the frame on. Whole keypad with frame is loose though still attached with wiring. Remove old frame from keypad and replace with new and reinstall.

Plastic molding around the control panel had split
Unplugged the power supply; removed screws; unplugged the appliance at the control panel; cleaned up smudges that couldn't be reached otherwise; replaced the part and replaced the screws. As easy as 1-2-3!

Door frame, control panel, assy-grille all cracked through.
Removed the grille then able to change control panel frame. Since the outer frame was cracked it was easy to see how to take it apart from there. All told it was a 2 hour job but part of that was taking advantage of the exposed parts and cleaning the microwave throughly. I have to say though this would have gone a lot eaiser with some directions.
