Carousel tray drive coupler broke
This coupler has a tab on it that keeps you from being able to push it straight down onto the motor from the inside of the microwave. Turn off the breaker to the microwave or unplug it. Remove five screws that hold the bottom cover of the microwave. The cover will hinge down and hang on tabs at the back. Unplug the wire connector on the drive motor by pulling it straight off. Remove one screw that locks the drive motor in place. Turn the motor slightly to unlatch it from its mounting tabs. Place the new coupler into the opening inside the microwave. While holding/turning the coupling with one hand, insert the motor shaft into the coupling. It will only fit one way. Press the motor and coupling together until the motor can be latched into its mounting tabs. Secure motor with screw and install bottom cover.

Broken coupler
After lifting the glass turn plate, I just pulled out the plastic coupler that turns the plate. A piece just broke off underneath for no apparent reason so it couldn't turn the plate. I put on the new one and it works fine.

Turntable coupler bore became oversized.
Small sized phillips screw driver was required. Once gaining access to the new motor the part(s) replacement was simple.

Turntable coupler became brittle and fractured
I simply pulled the old coupler off the moter shaft after removing glass turntable plate. The coupler lifted right out since it was fractured. Luckily all peices came out attached. Typically you would need to remove the bottom access panel on the microwave and remove the turntable motor to install the new coupler. However you can simply snap off the extra plastic piece that is molded to the coupler to allow for an easy push down onto the shaft from the inside of the microwave cooking area where the coupler fits onto the moter. Piece of cake. I don't believe there is any danger in shortcutting this because the weight of the glass plate will hold it in place.

Turntable coupler broke
I took the part out of the box and handed it to my wife and said "here ya go hun, go put this under the glass turntable in the microwave. You'll know it's installed when you hear it click down" She yelled back, "easy as pie" - - - Humm.. I can't make a pie. Fortunately the old one was in one piece as the side just split so it slid off very easy. The new one just snapped in place.

Glass turntable stoped turning due to broken coupler
Pulled out broken one with fingers, put on new one with fingers, it did not have anything preventing it from just slipping on. Didn't need to take anything apart to install me part.
