Shattered Ceramic Stove Top
I simply unscrewed the current screws, took off the shattered top and replaced it with the new one.

accidently broke off knob

Broken knobs on range top
Simply replaced the broken parts. The interesting part was that I ordered the incorrect part. After e-mailing my problem back to PartSelect.com I was amazed at the concern received to help correct the problem. Lacey (of partselect) and I exchanged e-mails until the problem was corrected. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
