Belt was hard and made a squeaking nosie, rubber pads were o good because of age.
First I disconnect the electrical power, 2nd disconnect the vent tube, 3rd removed the four screws on the back of the dryer, 4th removed the front panel and disconnect the wires for the door switch, 5th remove the cover that holds the drum inplace, 6th remove the belt, 7th vacum all parts to remove any lint and dirt from the inside of dryer, 8th reassemble the parts in the reverse order. this took me about 55 minutes from start to finish. The parts were right which made the job very easy. The rubber foot pads were easy, just remove the old ones and install the new ones. Thank you for the right parts.

Warn out foot pads
Pried off old pads - used hammer to tap on new pads.
Locating replacement parts was the problem until I found partselect.com
