Broken wheel on adjuster
It was so easy to install this part. I did have to buy a star screwdriver because I only had a flathead and a Phillips head, but I just took the part to the hardware store to make sure I bought the right driver. Once I had the right tool, installation tool less than 10 minutes. It was just a matter of removing the old part and putting on the new part -- 6 screws and your done. Very happy with this part.

Both side broke due to original plastic parts not being able to hold weight
Since I didn't have a star screw driver and my handyman was there making other repairs, had him install. I could have taken the part to Home Depot so they could sell me the right screw driver, but this worked out fine.

Wheel broken on top rack
Read some of the other stories first. It was very easy to take the top rack off. Once the rack was off, I simply removed some screws, removed the adjuster and replaced with the new one. Overall a very easy fix. I'd most definitely use this site again for both parts ordering and replacement advice.

Broken roller
I simply unscrewed the broken rack adjuster assembly from the rack and installed the new rack adjuster. Pay attention to the position of the thumb lever when you remove the old adjuster for ease of re-assembly. That's it.

Broken wheels on both sides of maytag top rack
The repair is very simple: using a torx/star driver, I removed the 5 screws holding the original rack adjuster in place. Taking the 2 plastic pieces apart, I removed the old adjuster with the broken wheel and inserted the new adjuster wrapping them back around the rack side as before. NOTE: Once apart, I had no issues with the adjuster tab popping out, but others might. Just know that it's pretty self evident where and how it goes back in. (It pops back in very easily). I used the original screws and tightened things up once again, inserting the rack back into the dishwasher track and replacing the stop tabs at the ends of the slider bars. Took all of about 10 or 15 minutes - and only that long because I chose to wash and clean the insides of the rack adjusters to remove some (what I guess was) food pieces that were lodged in there.

Adjuster...right side
I removed screws from the old part, took it out and replaced it with the new part. Simple! I was frustrated because I couldn't find the part I needed and all the businesses I called told me I would need to replace the whole top rack, which I thought was silly since the only thing that broke was the plastic support/wheel. I figured out what part I needed by reading repair stories from other PartSelect customers...looked at the diagrams, ordered the part, replaced it, and voilia! all is well!
