Roller broke on top rack.
I removed the top rack from the dishwasher then removed the screws that held the adjuster on. I installed the new adjuster assembly and reinstalled the rack. Very easy!
The shipping time on the new part was excellent. I ordered it online on Sunday evening and had it waiting for me when I got home from work on Tuesday.

Plastic wheel broken on middle dish rack
Entire assembly replaced easily. Unfortunate that because of a small wheel the entire assembly had to be replaced. I probably saved myself around $100 by doing it myself. PartsSelect is a great resource!

Left top rack adjuster roller broken
remove the 5 screws it was very easy to change.
But I would tell others to replace both adjusters the replacement is not the same as the orignal part and no longer adjustable because one side is adjusted down and the other side adjusted up. Now I will have to make another order for the right side adjuster.

Both side broke due to original plastic parts not being able to hold weight
Since I didn't have a star screw driver and my handyman was there making other repairs, had him install. I could have taken the part to Home Depot so they could sell me the right screw driver, but this worked out fine.

Track wheel holding the top rack in dishwasher broke
One of the two plastic wheels (left hand side) holding the top rack broke. Unfortunately they do not see the plastic wheels by themselves, so I had to order the whole assembly.
Repair was straightforward. Remove top rack (slide plastic clips outward to release top rack) from dishwasher. I didn't have a small enough star screwdriver, but I did find that an allen wrench worked well enough to remove the 5 or so screws. Nothing really tricky involved.

Broken wheels on both sides of maytag top rack
The repair is very simple: using a torx/star driver, I removed the 5 screws holding the original rack adjuster in place. Taking the 2 plastic pieces apart, I removed the old adjuster with the broken wheel and inserted the new adjuster wrapping them back around the rack side as before. NOTE: Once apart, I had no issues with the adjuster tab popping out, but others might. Just know that it's pretty self evident where and how it goes back in. (It pops back in very easily). I used the original screws and tightened things up once again, inserting the rack back into the dishwasher track and replacing the stop tabs at the ends of the slider bars. Took all of about 10 or 15 minutes - and only that long because I chose to wash and clean the insides of the rack adjusters to remove some (what I guess was) food pieces that were lodged in there.

Wheel on the rack adjuster broke
First I removed the top tray from dishwasher, then realized I needed a special tool I did not have. After getting that tool from the local hardware store, it was easy to remove the broken rack adjuster assembly and install the new one.
