Door handle broken on inside, very hard to operate
Removed the inside panel of the door, removed the latch assembly using a pair of pliers to release the wire connectors. Installed wiring on new door latch assembly. Placed new latch inside of door and reinstalled the inner door panel. Tested the repair, works fine.

Broken latch handle
So easy a Cave man could do it. Remove 8 screws, prop open inner cover, lift out old latch unit, unplug power switch leads and replace. I did this with the power on but recommend turning it off for your safety. Very easy and part arrived in 2 days.

Door latch failed to operate
Remove screws holding the panel inside the door. Use weight to keep the door open. Disconnect connectors at the door latch. New latch fits in nicely, replace connectors. Screw the door panel into place. The hard part: separating the 2 connectors from the micro switches on the latch.

Handle broke inside the door
Turned power off at the breaker. Opened the inside skin of the door by removing torx screws. Broken handle came right out. Released power supply clamps from old switch and removed wiring harness. Attached power cable to replacement switch. They were tricky to seat properly. Reset handle and closed door.

Handle (button) was broken
Be careful when ordering. The Door Latch cost more than the Handle and Door Latch which is confusing. The return was easy.
First, remove the 12 Torx screws holding the the inside door panel. Second, unplug the old Handle and Door Latch. Third, plug in the new Handle and Door latch. Fourth, reposition the door panel and reinstall the 12 Torx screws. Done

Handle broke
Could not easily remove the wires from old switches that are connected to the broken handle, but could remove the switches and reuse them on the new handle assembly. Just needed the handle assembly only (not handle assembly with switches).

Broken handle on dishwasher
First turn off power to dishwasher. I then got dishwasher open and removed screws on inside. I then found the broken handle and I then disconnected the wired connections from the handle and slid it out. searched for it on partselect.com . They had it in stock, I ordered it on a Saturday and received it on the following Tuesday. I installed it and it worked great. I will use this site again for any parts needed in the future.

Door handle
Removed interior front of door, about 8 screws. Disconected the wiring from the door handle after turning off the power. Unscrewed the old door handle and replaced with new on after attaching the wires. This is the fourth door handle on a six year old appliance. Two were under warrenty plus the original. This would have cost about $125 if the appliance store had done the work instead of $30.00.
