Received part quickly. This is the second time I have had to replace this part. Plastic does not hold up and splits so that turntable will not turn. Therefore I had to order extra parts to keep on hand. Also, part is grooved and needs to fit over rod correctly. Since microwave is fastened to underside of cabinet over stove, and I am short,. have to guess if part is placed correctly. Either that, or stick my head into microwave to correctly position part over rod, Have a strong feeling I will be using the additional parts in the future. This is not a complaint on PartSelect, but quality of the part. Surely there are stronger materials that could be used to fabricate part.

Turntable stopped turning
I tried before to replace the coupler but ordered the wrong part from a different company. Your website allowed me to narrow down the search and choose the correct coupler from about 8 different choices.It took me literally 2 minutes to fix my turn table. I am a single mom with a disabled child, so the option of paying a repairman to fix my microwave was not an option. Thanks!

Turntable would not turn. The coupler was broken
All I did was removed the glass revolving tray and insert the coupler. Couldn't have been any simpler and the turntable was working again. Part was received the same week it was ordered. Very quick and didn't use any gas to go out somewhere and look for the part. Very pleased!

piece holding turntable plate broke off

coupler under plate in microwave broken
We ordered part from store where we bought the microwave. We waited a week and the part was not the right one. I found the part I needed at your company. I received the part the next day. Broken Microwave Cooking Tray
It all started with forgetting to turn off the cooking tray rotation -- a simple thing but the bacon cooker is a rectangle and the microwave cooking tray is round and made of glass. After repeatedly forgetting to shut off the rotation of the cooking tray the plastic coupler broke. This is a few dollars to repair and simple replacement. i delayed doing this for several months. Eventually, since the glass cooking tray no longer rotated, the absorption of microwaves cracked the glass cooking tray. Still impervious to solving the problem, when cooking some bag popcorn, the glass tray literally shattered inside the oven. I ordered the parts received then the very next day from PartsSelect (that alone is very impressive) and replaced the coupler and the glass tray (after cleaning up the glass mess, of course. Great job PartSelect!

Installation instructions
For model number MMV4205BAW

Hi Mary, Thank you for the question. Once you remove the glass turn table you will need to pull the old coupling out from the hole. Next you can insert the new coupling into the hole and push it down onto the shaft coming up from the turn table motor. Should be an easy repair and only take a few seconds. Hope this helps!
