Burners wouldn't heat
We bought our home in 1993 with the Jenn-Air range top. It was old then, but all 4 burners worked. Over the years, I bought a grill cartridge from an appliance stove. (It would have been much cheaper thru you guys!) I loved the stove. Several years ago one of the burners stopped working and the stove really looked old and not clean! After pricing replacement rangetops, I wanted to order from the appliance stove again, but found your website. Easy to find the right replacement parts. I just removed the old cartridge and placed the new one end. That took less than 1 minute. My husband replaced the knobs and the kit with the logo. I'm guessing maybe 30min to 1 hr. He turned the breaker off to the stove, then remove the knobs and cover. He cleaned the wires and stuff!! At Christmas, all our grown children thought I had bought a new stove!! My stove is better than ever!! I will definitely buy from you guys again!!! So easy!!

Disintegrated grease filter and disfigured grill cover.
I was delighted to find that the parts to a Jenn-Air range which was new in 1985 were available from PartSelect.

Cooktop/grill scratched up
I bought 2 covers, they are great, I can put them on and the cook top looks wonderful. I bought an older home and the Jennn-Air top was scratched up, now you cant tell at all when I put the covers on. I was thrilled to find them. I thank you

Needed part for stove, so I could list and sell the house.
I needed two parts for the Jenn-Air stove that was in a house I was trying to get ready to sell. I didn't realize I needed the parts until the day before the house was to be listed. So, I was able to order from Parts Select and have the parts shipped overnight for an extra fee. They arrived the next morning. After opening the box, I realized the wrong color had been shipped. I called and the service I received was just awesome. The overnight shipping was refunded. And the right part was shipped out at no extra charge. I was told to keep the first part that had been shipped as well. The new part arrived the next day. Thumbs up for Parts Select! They are my new go-to-guy!

I had just installed new burner moduels on my stove top but was unable to find a cover for my grill and decided to go on line to look for one. I was thrilled when I located just what I was looking for. I also had a problem with large pots and pans causing a dark grease like stain on the stove top ar
All I had to do was insert the new burner and place the grill cover over the existing grill top. Works like a charm.

The air inlet grill was corroded
I replaced it with a new one. I simply picked up the old one and set the new one in its place. No tools required and the part fit perfectly.

Lge. Coil element was broken
This was VERY easy. We simply unplugged the old stainless steel dual coil cartridge out of the Jenn-Air and plugged the new one in to it's place.
We also replaced the old non stick griddle and bought a black cartridge cover. And "wha-lah" we had a new looking cooktop. Great cust. service.
Making sure that the recepticles were matched up at the time of ordering was very important as there are two types.
