heating ealment only work on one side.
fist i remove cooking grates, then i remove the heating element. then i remove the rocks. then i installed the new parts. it was real easy!!

cooktop didn't work.
replaced the coil element cartridges (3 inluding a grill/griddl unit). no tools required. For a fraction of the cost to replace, our old cooktop looks and works like it did 18 years ago. Who would have thought! Thanks.
p.s. extremely inexpensive overnight shipping!
