Wanted an updated look
Unplugged the old cartridges and plugged in the new ones. Not one thing to unscrew. Everything went well. Service from Partselect was beyond belief and delivery was alsolutely beyond my imagination. Placed order on Thursday afternoon right before 5 o'clock -- delivered to my front (way out in the countryside) before 9 o'clock on Saturday Morning from Abilene, Tx which is 50 miles away. The entire experience went PERFECT!!!!!! Hope nothing needs any repair but when and if I will order from Partselect.

The clock/oven no longer displayed numbers/text
One of the easiest repairs I've done in a long time!
First I turned off the power to the oven at the power box. I removed 4 hexhead screws holding the front contol panel on. Tipped it out, and then removed 2 hexhead screws to remove the clock module and unplugged the wires. Reversed the sequence and turned on the power again. The trickiest part was checking how the wires were held in - easing the catches back while gently working the wires out.
I also replaced a grill element with a new radiant element cartridge. That was easier than replacing a lightbulb.

The range burner cartridge would not heat unless you pulled it out several times and plugged it back into the socket. In addition the element was not heating well.
Only repair needed was to simply unplug the old burner carridge and plug in the new one. The new one is FANTASTIC. It gets hot as soon as you turn it on.

The stove looked ancient but ran great.
I ordered 2 Radiant Element Cartridges to replace the original element cartridge and a coil cartridge. In less than 8 minutes my 20yr old stove looked brand new.
