I wanted to convert the grill to burners

I removed the grill top and unpluged the element. then i pluged in the radiant element cartridge and i was done. It took me longer to unbox the cartridge than to install it.

My jenn-air stove top cartridge paint was peeling.

Old coil went out

I pulled out the old cartridge cleaned the stoptop up. Plugged in the the new cartridge ..there was a little steam left over fromt he cleaning when I turned up the heat but it went away. Looks great and save me $3k the difference in the price of a new stove top.

Jenn air stove top grill had stopped functioning

I decided to remove the original Jenn Air grill from my stove top and replace it with a new Jenn Air radiant Element Cartridge. I searched on Google for 'Jenn Air radiant top' and immediately found just the item on the PartSelect.com website. Our old element cartridge had broken.

To repair, I just pulled out the one unit and replaced with the new. Took longer to get the unit out of the box. We are greatly pleased. Ordered on Thursday and had the unit by Saturday. Saved over $100.00, WILL shop PartSelect again.

Large old style burner was having problems.

It was jus a matter of unwrapping the cartidge, unplug and remove old and plug in. What a difference, should have done this years ago.

I wanted to replace the grill unit and old coil cartridge

Once I cleaned the stove all I had to do was plug the two units in. The PartSelect person e-mailed and asked me what kind of prongs were on the old unit and figured out what part I needed to replace it.
I'm sorry I didn't do it sooner. Plus the price was reasonable.
