One of the wheels on the top rack broke
The repair was simple. I did a Google search for the part online. PartSelect.com was the 1st site to appear. The link brought me right to the part I was looking for. I order the part (2 just so I would have one down the road in case this happens again) and the next day it was on its way. I simple popped of the old part and installed the new part... works like it is supposed to now. Thanks for the help PartSelect!

Machine not cleaning, leaving crud on dishes. The old accumulator filter was punctured and full of crud. One broken wheel from abuse.
Take out the old parts and clean all the ones to be reused by power washing with garden hose and/or compressor blasting. Put it all back together. BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO PUNCTURE THE ACCUMULATOR FILTER! THE TORX SCREWS ARE RIGHT NEXT TO THE FILTER SO IF YOU SLIP AND DROP THE TOOL, THE FILTER WILL BE TOAST!
THE DISHWASHER WORKS PERFECT NOW!

Wash quality was getting bad
THE UPPER ARM WAS HELD IN BY A TORX SCREW. THE SHOULDER ON THE SCREW HELD THE ARM IN PLACE. ONCE REMOVED I SIMPLY SWAPPED PARTS AND INSTALLED SCREW. THE LOWER ARM WAS HELD ON BY A PLASTIC NUT WITH KNURLED EDGES THAT YOU CAN REMOVE BY HAND. THE ARM SIMPLY LIFTED OFF AND I SWAPPED ARMS AGAIN. THE ROLLERS ARE HELD ON BY A CURLED PLASTIC LOCK THAT GRIPS THE WIRE BASKET.

Plastic wheel on upper rack broke
Ordered the part easily using model number and schematic on web site. Part came in two days. Unfortunately, they had the right part number but the wrong part was pulled and sent to me. I called and they resolved the issue over the phone and sent me the right part in two days. Part snapped right on in 5 seconds and I was back washing my dishes that evening.

The fold away pivots broke when used, wheel flange wore off
The fold away pivots assebly is held in place by spring energy from the rack it is clipped into. It kept coming unclipped so I taped one in place to hold it to the rack and then positioned the other clip. Glad I ordered 2 new clips because the surviviing original clip broke easily. I'll never fold it away again.
The wheel assembly was the reverse of removal and took a matter of seconds.

Upper rack support wheel
Removed the old broken wheel and popped in the new one. The best part of the entire problem was searching this website and finding the part quickly. Granted the shipping was almost double the price of the part, but still under $15. Searching and delivery of the part was fantastic.

Broken wheel on top rack of dishwasher; broken bin in refrigerator
first, i removed the stop part on the slide tray for the broken dishwasher wheel. then i changed out the wheel and replaced the stop part.
i just slide the refrigerator bin into the refrigerator.
very good service.
quick shipment.
none of my parts came with instructions but they didn't need to.

Upper rack wheels were missing
On a Saturday I ordered the wheels from Parts Select ( with
a most helpful young lady, and on Tuesday, the parts arrived
at my residence.
Before I found Parts Select, I had gone to TWO local appliance stores, and they were "unable" to find in their
computer(s), and parts book(s), the replacement wheels.
When I went to the Parts Select website, within five minutes
I found excellent graphics for the exact wheels.
Later I called one one appliance store, and gave him the
Parts Select website, so he too could offer better parts
selection to his customers.

The wheel on the upper right rack had deteriorated and was in pieces
I uncliped the "stop" at end of wheel track and slid out the old defective wheel, replaced with the new wheel, which you guys sent to me in two (!)days, and simply slid the new wheel into the track and cliped it onto the rack. Done!
Saved around $100 repairing it myself!

Broken track whell on upper rack
Very easy to replace the roller. First I removed the stop on the top slide. Then I unsnapped the old roller. The new roller just snapped right in place. Then I put the drawer slide back on.... Took less than 5 minutes.

Upper wheel rack broke
This was very easy to fix, just pop out the old one and install the new one. I saved $60-$75 on a repairman coming out to fix the thing in 5 minutes. Truly, I received the part from PartSelect in two days after placing the on-line order. We were up and running in between loads.
