The dishrack guide rali stop had come off one of the guide rails, so the wheel in the guide rail would often roll right past the end of the rail, causing the rack to pitch down. This was rather frightening with the rack full of glasses and other breakables.
At first I snapped the plastic piece together and then tried to put it in the guide rail. That's where the sharp knife came in handy, to pry the piece apart again and start over. It was easy to see how the piece was supposed to go into the end of the rail and snap in place; I just didn't look carefully before I had to backtrack! I haven't yet tried to put in the other pieces we ordered.

Part of the tine latch had broken
First I watched the online instructional video, then removed the broken piece, (no tools required), snapped on the new piece for a total of maybe 5 min. Easy. Even though the postage was more than the actual part ordered, it was great & prompt delivery service and the website has enough information to make you confident you are ordering a part that is compatible with your appliance.

End cap for roller guide and latch clip had been missing for a while and I had improvised with packing tape and wire. I wish I had known how easy it would be.
had to fiddle around just a bit to look at the others and see how these fit in. No tools were required - just snapped into place once I figured them out.

Plastic fold away clips became worn and broken.
Replacement of the fold away clips is easy and simple. There are no tolls required to make the repair. Simply unsnap the old fold away clips from the dish basket and reinsert the new clips by snapping them in place as the originals were installed by the manufacturer. In only a few minutes, the tine latches are replaced and you are set to go with configuring the dish basket. As mentioned earlier, simple, fast and a snap to do.
