Upper spray arm kept popping out
I just unscrewed the old nut and screwed in the new one and popped in the spray arm. It actually took me longer to type this than to make the repair. It was awesome!

Upper spray arm kept falling off
I ordered the Upper spray arm nut along with the Upper spray arm assembly. Removed the old nut by hand, screwed on the new nut and snapped in the new spray arm. The nut was worn to the point that the arm wouldn't stay on. If you have to replace one, replace them both. The dishwasher is working like new again.

Spray arm kept falling off
Went shopping for a new dishwasher. Then I read some repair stories on your website that matched my problem exactly. I decided I had nothing to loose. Ordered the 2 parts that others had used. I screwed in the upper spray arm nut and snapped in the upper spray arm assembly. The repair was quick and sooo.. easy. I'm so glad I read the repair reviews! And to think I was about to shell out big bucks to get a new dishwasher. Your site saved me hundreds!

Dishwasher was leaking and the upper spray arm was falling off during washing cycles.
The repair was easy. I just pulled out the old door gasket and cleaned the area where it was and installed the new gasket by just pushing it in the door channel. This took about 10 minutes. Then I replaced the upper spray arm by taking the old plastic nut off by turning it by hand and replacing it with a new one. After doing this I just pushed the spray arm up into it till it locked in. This took about 5 minutes. All together to fix my project it took about 15 minutes. But the best part is the dishwasher does not leak any more and runs as it should. Thanks Part Select for your quality parts, great service and fast shipping.

Upper spray arm fell out of top of dishwasher
once receiving the parts, I reached into the dishwasher and unscrewed the upper spray arm nut by hand to remove it. Compared the old part to the new one before installation and found that the hole in the old one was considerably larger due to wear over many years. I then proceeded to screw the new upper spray arm nut back into place, again by hand until tight. I unpacakged the upper spray arm, snapped it into place and was finished. Simple as that. Ran the dishwasher through a rinse cycle to make sure the part did not fall off again and it did not. Thanks for the other stories on your website that helped me diagnose and repair my dishwasher. Spray arm keeps falling off during wash
If the spray arm is falling off...be sure and order a new spray arm and a new spray arm nut because most likely both are wore out which makes it keep falling off. I did not know this and had to make two orders after I figured it out. With that said....when you get your parts....pop the spray arm into the nut and screw the nut back into the dishwasher.....15 second job :)

The upper spray arm fell off and melted in dishwasher
unscrewed old nut, replaced it with the new nut and then inserted the upper spray arm into it. It was great, and the dishwasher works perfectly again. I also want to mention that the part was received the day after I ordered it, I could not be more pleased. Thanks I would give the highest rating to the service.
