This rack comes complete with four attached wheels and the rack may differ in appearance, but will function same as original part.
This part works with the following brands: Whirlpool, Admiral, Estate, Inglis, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Roper, Maytag, Crosley, Jenn-Air, Hardwick, Magic Chef, Amana, Caloric & Glenwood.
Although the (top) dishrack assembly included the nylon wheeles, it was easier to replace the old one by disengaging it from its wheels and installing the new rack on the old wheels kept in the slider track. The snap hook that held each wheel to the old rack was popped loose (finger pressure) and the old rack removed. The new rack was held in place and each of the four wheels snapped to it. Each wheel fits into a wire post on the basket and the plastic hook snaps onto the wire frame. The most difficult part of the 'repair' was removal of the handle from the old silver ware basket. I used screwdrivers to simultaneously pry the four tabs of the halde out of the slots on the basket and pulled (hard!) the handle off. It snapped easily into place on the new basket.

After looking at the rail the dishrack rolled on, my husband saw that the end that held the rack in place needed to be removed. It was a simple thumb push and pull to take it off. We removed the old rack, put on the new one, and replaced the end to hold the rack in place. Pretty simple!
took out the old ones and put in the new ones
Ordered replacement rack. Was delivered in two days. Thumb twist removed slide bar retainers. Fit of new rack was perfect.
The lower dishrack was easy. I read some of the comments on line and figured out you had to gently rotate the tower on the lower dishrack. Removing the rail stop on the upper rack was simple once you figured out how to do it. I had to read several comments. I used a screwdriver to help push the stop in the direction of the arrow! Other comments had said a thumb push was OK. I thought directions came with the product but I contacted the help email which referred me to the "installation instructions online" which were customer comments. I spent most of the time, a good 15 minutes trying to figure out how to remove the stop rack and about a second to remove it once I knew what to do. The rest was very quick. Installing new dishracks is really very easy.
Unsnapped clips, removed old rack, installed new one, re-snapped clips. I WAS THRILLED. And the part came WITHIN ONE DAY, normal ground shipping.
Bottom rack slides out and twist off center tower and twisted back on the new one and slide back in. Top rack removed rack stops with small flathead screwdriver and removed top rack accessories and put on new rack. Slide in and put rack stops back on. Easy. Note: Bottom rack is slightly different so some accessories could not be added back on. Happy with purchase
