Broken top rack roller
I simply looked at the other side (which was still functioning) and put the new one on but in reverse (left side/right side) I also was missing the end stop to the slide and simply popped that in and snapped closed. Two simple parts and 15 mins. solved a whole lot of aggrivation,
without any aggravation! wish I had found this site sooner!

One of the rollers holding up the top rack of our dishwasher broke off
The old part had already broken off. My husband took a few minutes to see where it went and then snapped it on. It was a breeze.

Roller in upper rack cracked where screw entered
Removed endcap on rack, took out old part, had to glue together the support in the middle of the roller because the part that came was different than what was original.
I did not order the proper screw or something, because there was nothing online showing exact roller with the correct female screw receptacle. Also, screw ordered was like old one, but did not work in roller assembly that came.
Not sure if glue will hold up long under heat of dishwasher.

Upper dishrack roller broken leaving rack hanging unsupported on front left side
The part came super quick in just a few days. It was very simple to take off the track end cap without any tools, remove the broken roller and insert the new one. I did have to use some pliers to remove the screw from the broken roller. The only problem is that the part I ordered is not the right one. The broken roller was attached to the side of a metal arm running beside the upper rack with a screw and the roller part slid into the track arm. I could get it on but it just wasnt right and didnt hold the rack up when I loaded it with dishes so I found a longer screw than the original and temporarily put the old roller back on. I dont think it will hold for long though. I went back on-line and it seems the part I ordered is for the lower rack but I do not see any roller designated for the upper rack that takes a screw thru an axle-like center. Can you help me out?

Roller broke on rh side of upper dishwasher rack.
Roller broke on RH side of upper dishwasher rack. No roller replacement kits for this part were available. I purchased a roller for another model dishwasher. This roller came with a bracket that wasn't compatible with my dishwasher. I modified the bracket by cutting it with a utility knife. I also had to trim the hub of the roller about 1/4" I then used a 10-32 hex head screw and locknut and mounted the roller and trimmed bracket to the bracket on the dishwasher rack. Knowing what I have to do - the next time I do this it should take about 15 minutes.
