Part was broken

Could not fix with the parts sent. I needed a control knob for the blower and was sent one, but it did not fit the cook top I own. Either I was sent the wrong part, or Jenn-Air changed the part after my unit was made. Also, did not need the knob sleeve. Or I was sent a similar knob. It had a different part number on the envelope from the part I was sent.
