Hi Nancy, Thank you for the question, if it is just the bottom bake burner that is not starting or igniting, I suggest replacing the igniter, Part Number: PS2085070. Hope this helps!

Thank you for the question. Sounds like you have a defective Electronic Clock Control. I would first suggest pressing and holding the cancel button down for 40 seconds to see if it resets. If this does not work and the control will not respond , try unplugging the appliance for a few minutes. If this does not reset the control and allow you to control the oven, the board may need to be replaced.

One burner doesn't light. The igniter doesn't click or spark unless I turn one of the other burners to start. When I do that, the igniter will spark and ignite. Would that be the spark module part # 12001596 or the igniter switch part # WP7403P279-60 that would fix that issue?

The more likely of the two would be the Spark Module for the surface burners, and then the Igniter Switch according to our resources, however it is only by a small margin. Our suggestion would be to test the parts in question with a multimeter if possible. Hello Jayne, thank you for contacting us. Sounds like you need a new igniter, the part number is PS2085070. If this is faulty it will not draw enough power for the gas valve to open, It does this as a safety feature to prevent gas from filling the oven, it would need to be replaced.
