Finish was off the old racks

The replacement racks had a new chrome finish that allowed the racks to better slide in and out. However the meat probe was not the part depicted on your web page was not what i received. I received a part that i did not need. The item was promptly removed from my credit card and i thank you for that. two thirds of my order was correct.
