Water had leaked into the switch shortting it out
Shut off breaker.Disconnected exhaust fan duct.Disconnected main feed wire.lifted stove out of counter.Removed screws from stove top.Remover glass top of stove.removed switch and made a diagram of wires.removed wires.reassemble in revirse order.Very easy everything was exactly the same as the parts I had removed.Thank you

Duel burner operated on high only
Disconnected fan from vent and raised cook top and rotated one quarter turn to rest on counter top so I could remove screws with 1/4 inch nutdriver in oder to lift cook surface from unit, then install new switch and reassemble in reverse order. Work perfectly!

Two burners went out
took stove out of counter, propped up with supports, left wires connected. dislmantled stove (no priorexperience) turned each burner on, checked to
see if power reached burner with simple 110 220v
tester, found burners did noty get power in all positons so burners must be ok., unplugged burner
control units to get part numbers, no numbers, went
to your site and found diagram with part number. , ordered parts, they came in 3 days, re-assembled
and unit worked fine.
Easy repair, new flat stove top costs 1200. fixed unit for less than 100. parts couple of hours of my time.
100. with about 4 hrs ofmy time total.
