As I pulled the drawer looking for a pan stored in bottom drawer the drawer glide broke. The pictures of the parts were fantastic. Not being sure of which of two parts from the photos, I ordered two parts knowing that hopefully one would be the correct one and the other would not be the part I needed. Parts arrived and it was clear which of the two parts would fit perfectly. I screwed in the part, and that was it , and I was relieved that the problem was solved! I kind of feel lucky that your company is in business! The other part is fully accepted and plan to send it back in for a refund. And oh yes, I solved my appliance problem under $20.00 - unbelieveable these days!Thank you again for beng there!

Removed the single phillips screw that held each plastic slide guide to the stove, and replaced the part reusing the screws. Was so simple I didn't even have to swear. This was my mother-in-law's stove, and she was so happy to have it repaired she's fed me twice since.
I noticed the drawer on the broiler was sliding crooked and found the plastic slides had broken. Of course I thought it would be a hassle and not worth the time to fix it. I would just "live with it". Boy was I wrong, it was probably the simplest fix ever. It was easy to get the correct parts from PartSelect with their exploded and concise diagram. The parts were ordered and delivered in a couple of days. It took me all of 10 minutes with a screwdriver to make the repairs. Now it is a good as new.
Remove screw securing the broken drawer guide. Placed new drawer support in place and tightened screw. Replaced drawer. All done in less than 5 minutes (and cheaply).
All I had to do was pull the drawer out and screw on the new part! Awesome experience...and it was so easy to find the part on the website, everything is very clear and with pictures to ensure where the part belongs...who could ask for more?
I can't believe how easy this was to fix! I amazingly found the part on-line at PartSelect website. I love that you pick part by size, color, etc. I didn't have a part or model number, so this made it super easy! I ordered the part and got it in the mail within 2 days....YEAH! I got my screwdriver out and attached the peice, slid the drawer back in and shazam! it was fixed! Thank you PartSelect and kudos to the person that set up the way you order your parts......awesome! Thanks!
Piece of cake. Removed the Phillips screw with screwdriver, placed new one on the slide and used old screw to screw it in place. Drawer does not lean to one side anymore.
i removed the two screws that holds the element in. I pulled the element out and disconnected the wires and I had to adapt a double male adapter to the wire ends and plug the wires back onto the element. The old element had male spades and the new element had female spades.
Broken part was already removed, so I used the screw from the broken support and installed the new support. Very simple, easy, and painless.
removed drawer from track replaced supports on track and one on the drawer.
