Error code f7 causes oven to not function
First, it really sucks that the owner's manual for the oven doesn't include the error codes with descriptions. My wife called a repair technician to come out and essentially it cost us like $130 for him to read an error code and specify the part to be replaced. This was before I got a chance to look up in the info on the internet within 30 secs...
Turns out the repair is simply a matter of replacing the switch membrane. I got the part from PartSelect for over $100 less than the repair technician wanted to charge. I also installed it in about 15-20 mins with no real challenges instead of paying the technician about $150 to do the same thing. Piece of cake...

Membrane switches non-responsive
Remove 7 screws. Unplug 3 multiwire connectors. Remove clock/display assembly. Remove old switch membrane asssembly and replace. Reverse to complete the install. Care in positioning the wiring and finished.
