Lower left shelf support was broken
I removed all contents from the lower shelf. I, then removed both of the pull out drawers. Secondly, I removed the lower glass shelf and the glass support tray. At this point all four plastic shelf supports were accessible. I removed the inner screw from all four supports and replaced with four new shelf supports. Then reassembled in reverse order. Very easy to do!

Broken shelf supports
It was easy breezy!! I felt like an empowered woman that I did it myself. I simply removed the old shelf supports with a screwdrive and inserted a screw thru the new supports and screwed them in.

Freezer cold/reefer hot
Took out all shelves and racks. Pulled out plastic cover. Removed screws holding control unit. Removed unit and accresses defrost circuit board. Replacement is in a cover. One screw would not engage so did not put it back in. Reefer was cold within hour of start and is now 1 week after. Unit would start out cold and then warm up before replacement. Other parts were snap in furnishings that had become damaged with use.

The support had broken and the shelf was just hanging there.
I unscrewed the support and replaced it with one that I ordered. It was fast and easy.

Identifying the part on the parts diagram took the longest. Finding the screw driver bit that would remove the old screw that held the original shelf support took longer than the actual repair.
Once I identified the bit that would remove the screw, the rest of the repair took 5 minutes. I removed the screw and discarded the remains of the original but now broken shelf support. With the same screw I simply attached the new shelf support that I received from PartSelect.com. End of story.

Replace glass shelf and support
The items arrived the next day, in perfect condition (I was concerned about the tempered glass shelf in the mail). These items saved me from buying a new refrigerator!

Supports inside of refrig. Broke, two on right side.
Removed the Crisper drawers and shelf. I then used a nutdriver to remove the broken supports, and installed the new supports using the same screws.

Oven wouldn't heat.
The repair was a simple exercise in throwing the fuse, removing 2 screws, and a 1 for 1 replacement of the connections for wiring. We turned on the power, and Viola it was an oven, and not a digital boat anchor.
