The end cap's clip that connects the lower door shelf trim to the freezer door is a "T" shape. One side of my clip had broken, so I had an "L", so end cap connection to freezer door was loose (wobbly).
Fix: Disassembly: Gently lift and tilt the trim (and attached end cap) to allow the broken clip to exit from its mounting slot
... Read more. Holding the trim with one hand, gently wiggle and pull the broken end cap with the other hand to remove it from the trim.
Reassembly: Holding the trim with one hand, gently wiggle and push the new end cap with the other hand to attach it to the trim. Gently push and tilt the trim (and attached end cap) to allow the lower side of the clip to enter the mounting slot. Gently push and tilt the trim (and attached end cap) to allow the upper side of the clip to enter the mounting slot. Gently lift the trim (and attached end cap) until the clip snaps into place.

Dishwasher panel had scratches. The shelf caps had broken
The first panel sent was bent. I called and they sent another one out within 3 days. To replace the panel, first I removed 3 screws on the side of the door and removed the chrome side piece. Then I slid out the old panel and slid in the new one. Replaced the chrome side and attached the screws. For the shelf caps, I pushed them
