Ice auger motor broke away from the ice enclosure
Quiet a simple repair. First I removed the ice maker bin and the plastic side panel on the right hand side. From there, I was able to remove the ICE ENCLOSURE . It unhooks. Next I removed the ICE DESPENSOR ENGAGEMENT YOKE. It has reverse threads so be careful. Next I removed the ICE AUGER MOTOR. Its located at the back of the ICE ENCLOSURE and held in place by 4 phillips screws. You also need to remove the SOLENOID YOKE ASSEMBLY which is located just to the left of the ICE AUGER MOTOR. It unscrews with 2 phillips screws. Next I reassembled the ICE AUGER MOTOR and SOLENOID YOKE ASSEMBLY to the new ICE ENCLOSURE. Then I reinstalled the ENGAGEMENT YOKE and snapped the unit back in place.

Auger drive motor pulled away from enclosure and water was leaking into the ice bucket
Removed the screws holding the housing inplace pulled and threw away than went to install the new drive motor but the screws were of a different thread so reinstalled the old motor and put the housing and bucket back together. after thawing out the water fill tube put it back into the cup-water fill and put clamp back in place. system is performing like brand new.

Ice machine motor broke from housing & fridge door lower hinge worn, so door is staying closed
Just pulled out ice bucket put to the side and then pulled out framed housing that surrounds the ice bucket tray and put on table went in the rear where the turn motor is and disconnected the wires from the housing next to it and disconnected the motor which had cracked the wal it was mounted to and broke and fell which left a huge hole and the , took the 4 screws out and remounted it onto the new housing rear wall, note that to get the twist key lever that unscrews clock wise you may have to hit wit a hammer bluntly to brak it lose first then it unscrews easy, but this has to be done first before re assembly of the motor as it goes through the new housing wall , once this is donr then put your screw end through the hole and re assemble the wing devise back onto the moter screw drive which it will screw on counter clockwise and tap a few quick times to snug with a ball hamer or a small hammer, T The hinge door pin is real easy, just unscrew the top of door 3 screwa and lift off the door set aside put new door pin hinge on then set the door back onto the pin hole align up and set it back down in the hinge hole and replace screws on the upper door hinge on top of fridge. all this took about 5 minutes tops, it took me more time to take all the items out of the doorway of my fridge that it did to do the task itself. Hope this could help.

Ice bucket support enclosure broken
I removed the broken ice bucket support enclosure using the nut driver and screw driver. The new part had to have the ice bucket motor attached. The metal piece that attaches to the motor shaft had to first be removed, which was somewhat difficult (careful! the thread is reversed). The motor and spring assebly had to be re-attached to the new ice bucket support enclosure piece. This repair was relatively easy.

Cheap thin plastic the ice augar drive motor is mounted to cracks and breaks the plastic
removed one holding screw (left side center}, used pliers to hold motor shaft so I could unscrew auger drive fork (counter clockwise), then unscrew two screws for ice bucket door magnet push lever, unscrew four screws to auger motor and toss damaged ice bucket support enclosure and don't forget to screw in that one holding screw on lower left side .. then remount both components onto new thin plastic ice bucket support enclosure ... reassemble remaining ice bucket right side wall and slide in main ice bucket with auger. Not a big fix, but part & shipping was just short of $80 ..
