Refrigerator not cooling

My repair honestly was fairly simple, using the break down drawings i caputred on this site. all the components i purchased here, fit properly in the spaces provided for them ,upon restarting my refrigerator after assembling it workrd properly for about 2 week, then i discoverd a new problem, which has nothing to do with the parts i replaced, but i believe before i ever ordered any parts,my wife had a repairman come out to service it, that the part he installed was defective, not to mention he over charged me close to 400% FOR A PART I COULD HAVE GOTTEN ON THIS SITE FOR MERE DOLLARS, and the labor was totally ridiculous in cost. never again was my initial thought and never again it is , the part i have on order now is the heater tempt assembly that was installed that i am sure will take me no more than 15 minutes if that to do myself, with the other new components, i am anticipating my frige working fine, this should keep my evaporator coils from icing up and allowing the air to circulate and keep both my frieezer and fresh food compartments at the correct tempts.all components purchased and the one on order still comes out to less than what i paid a repairman to service my fridge with the installation of only one part that isn't doing its job.
