The door seal had deteriorated and come apart
1) Remove all the trays from the door 2) Pull back the old seal and remove the ~32 hex screws holding the inner door liner door to the door 3) Remove the inner door liner with the the seal. 4) Takethe old seal from the door liner 4) Fiberglass insulation in the liner was wet, and mold was growing on the liner, so I washed the liner with bleach, carefully dried everything, and cut new fiber glass insulation (from normal house insulation) 5) I placed the new seal on the door, preinserted all the screws 6) Carefully lined all the screws up with the holes in the door, and started each of the screws 7) Went back and tightened all the screws, but not too tight to avoid cracking the rather fragile plastic door liner 8) Put back all the trays
