The basket stops were crack and the freezer basket would fall out when the freezer dooor was opened.

First I compared the old parts and new parts to see if I had ordered the right thing then I inserted the new stop into the door. Since the stop has a lip that needs to fit into the slot I the door, I used a hammer to push the part up so it would lock into the hole. Very Simple

Right hand bracket broke off in freezer section

At first I thought I had ordered the wrong bracket but all I had to do was push it up and pull down and it snapped right in place. If a 71 year old lady can do this any body can do it. Thank you for the fast service.

Broken basket hinge (stop)

Pulled broken plastic end stop from door. Basket fits right into the two side holes and pulls down to lock. Relatively easy fix and replacing basket stop.

The brackets holding the door baskets in our refrigerator broke.

I simply removed the old brackets and replaced with the new ones. Can't get any easier than that!
