Timer knob broken; could not turn on dryer. Door would not stay closed.
Pushed timer knob on - very simple. Pulled old door catch out and pushed new door catch in with needle nose pilers. Took about 5 minutes for both. Items were easy to locate on your website and shipping was fast. Thanks!!

Air duct assembly fell apart.
Took panels off. Found and removed pertinent nuts. Removed old broken part. Replaced with new assembly. Restored panels. Put timer knob into place and immediately began to use it.
