The tub would fill with water and the timer keep turning but would not send a signal to the motor to agitate,. It would time out till the spin cycle and spin.

Removed the meatal cover to access the timer, got the model number of the meatal plate, went online and typed in the model number, check out several web sites this was the easiest to navigate, ordered the part and changed it out when it came in, it took 5 minutes.

PartSelect was a pleasure to deal with. I will definaletly return should the need arise.

Washer would only run on delicate cycle

First i want to thank Part Select, you saved me from having to buy a new washing machine. I also saved 175.00 fixing my machine myself. I highly recommend this site to anyone who has the most basic tools and a little patience. I removed the five nuts on the top back control panel, then removed the three front control panel dials (all came off pretty much by hand) unplugged TIMER (the part diagnosed by part select) by unplugging the wire harness and the green GROUND WIRE, (both removed by hand). Then reverseded all to put back together.

Part received broken

First of all, I found PartSelect's web site more helpful than its competitors. The main difference was that they explained that different parts were needed depending on the series of the appliance and they indicated which part went with which series. I ordered and received the correct part the first time.
