Water overflowing

Unplugged machine, turned off hot and cold water feeds then I removed back control panel cover, unpligged the water inlet valve connectores(hot and cold), loosened the mixer hose clamp with a 5/16" nut driver and popped off the hose, then I removed one retaining screw with the same 5/16" drive nutdriver, the water inlet valve assembly came loose by shifting it one way after you remove the 5/16" screw, reversed the process with the new part.....Done!!! the part service was great, Maytag products are crap, You spend the big dollars for what you think is a quality machine that will be hassal free for a little while...NOT!! From the first week I bought this Maytag I have had problems , The reason they cost so much is so Maytag can cover all the trips the Maytag service guy makes during the warrenty period!!!! Complete crap..

Water inlet valve only open half way.

Remove the back cover of top of the machine. Turn off water, open top of machine, remove hoses, take off three wires, remove one screw, remove one hose clamp to the mixing valve and remove bad valve. Replace vave, install screw, install color coded wires with gel. install hose and clamp. Close top, install back and water lines. Turn on water. A&E service had three tries to repair the machine and could not repair it.
