Water not draining

Unhooked the dishwasher and took it out. Laid the dishwasher on it's back. Located the drain pump and took it off. Put the new one in it's place. Hooked the dishwasher back up and tried it out. Everything sounded and ran good. Easy assembly. Took 30-40 minutes if that.

Burning smell, noise when draining

- Shut off the electricity and water to the unit
- Pull the unit out, tip it on its side. Pump is easily accessable on the bottom.
- Undo the inlet & outlet hose clamps, two screws, and two wire connectors. (Pay attention to which way they went on.)
- Put the new pump in the same way and reconnect everything.
- Tip the unit back up and push it into the counter, making sure not to kink the hoses or anything.
- That's it. New pump is quiet, and no more smell!

Dishwasher was not draining

I started by removing all of the water on the inside and the outer casing around the dishwasher, tipped the unit on its side, and removed the old drain pump with the new one. It was a very nice, simple fix and did not take long at all. Your web site came up very quickly through google. I entered in my model number and found the part that i needed right away. It was also no time at all for the shipment to arrive at our hospital; well before the estimated delivery date. Thank you for the availabillity, speediness, and the econo-friendly exspence for the part itself. We will be more than happy to do business with you whenever the time comes again.

Old drain pump went out

First I pulled out the dishwasher for easier access. Then I looked at the old pump to make sure I connected the wiring in the correct places on the new pump, took out the old, cleaned up the water that spilled out of the line from the old pump, connected the pump to the in and out drain lines, reattached the wiring, screwed it back in place, and was very happy this cost me about a 1/10th of what it would have if I replaced my dishwasher at everyone's recommendation. I works great.
