Oven shuts off when it heats up. Need thermal switch. Do you have it?

Oven does not consistently maintain the set temperature, recommendation of what is wrong with it?

It is a counter depth Frigidaire oven.
After running self clean, oven takes at least 30 minutes to reach 420 F set temp.
Once it reaches at set temp, it maintain that temperature.
Not sure why it takes so long to reach to the set temp.
I check with my other friends and they told me that their ovens take only 7 to 10 mins,
Please help to resolve this issue.

Oven temp will not stop at temperature set...continues to over 600 degrees and then throws an error code and sounds alarm then we have to turn off the breaker to stop the alarm...we have replaced the temperature probe but still doesn't work.

Oven will not come up to temperature after self clean. Did work on convection though. Seems that it happened after self clean was done. Any ideas on what to check /replace
