The racks were very rusted and falling apart.

Just undid the brackets holding the top rack in place and put in the new racks, locked the brackets and in the bottom put the water tower on and slid that rack in place, and bam we were ready to turn it on. It's wonderful, all new and clean. LOVE IT!!!

Outer material on rack wearing out causing rust on plates.

Took old rack out and put the new one in. The only problem was that I expected the rack to come with the central spray tower attached. It did not come with the tower at all. I had to detach the old tower and reattach it to the new rack. I didn't know how to do that. There were no instructions. However, after working with it for awhile I was able to manage it, without breaking anything. The rack and dishwasher are working fine.

Lower rack assembly was deteriorating and causing rust spots on the dishes.

Wife was displeased, I bought a replacement and slid it in and presto, no more rust spots on the dishes. I will use the old rack in the garage for cleaning engine parts. Easy fix for a reliable old machine.

Two of the he silverware basket sections were broken, and the lower tray was worn to the metal, causing some edge-stain on dishes.

The basket and the lower rack lifted right out, and the new ones inserted.
The only problem was that one wheel sent with the new rack was broken during shipping. It wasn't a big problem b/c one of the old basket wheels could be removed and snapped into place on the new dish rack.

Corroded lower dish rack

All parts of lower dish rack were included, except center tower. Center tower twists out of old rack and installs easily on to new rack.
Gray color is different from origional, but who cares?

Replaced racks, lower rack has design flaw

Replaced upper and lower racks. The new lower rack has a design flaw: it has 3 wheels on each side, but should have 4 wheels on each side. When you pull out the bottom rack, the last set of wheels drop down into the open space where the door hinges to the cabinet, causing the dishes to bounce and shake around. Then when you push rack in, you have to lift it back up onto the tracks made for the wheels to roll on. You can't pull the bottom rack out far enough to access the back of the rack very well.

Figuring out how to remove the rail stop

The lower dishrack was easy. I read some of the comments on line and figured out you had to gently rotate the tower on the lower dishrack. Removing the rail stop on the upper rack was simple once you figured out how to do it. I had to read several comments. I used a screwdriver to help push the stop in the direction of the arrow! Other comments had said a thumb push was OK. I thought directions came with the product but I contacted the help email which referred me to the "installation instructions online" which were customer comments. I spent most of the time, a good 15 minutes trying to figure out how to remove the stop rack and about a second to remove it once I knew what to do. The rest was very quick. Installing new dishracks is really very easy.
