Lower Dishrack assembly just rolled into the dishwasher-easy, easy, easy! The Upper Spray Arm assembly- broke off tab to old arm using a screwdriver to pry off the tab. Pushed the new arm assembly and tab into place. The only problem was not to bend the prongs on the plastic tab (they bend back easily if you do happen to bend them, though)My dishwasher cleans like new!!

Took old rack out and put the new one in. The only problem was that I expected the rack to come with the central spray tower attached. It did not come with the tower at all. I had to detach the old tower and reattach it to the new rack. I didn't know how to do that. There were no instructions. However, after working with it for awhile I was able to manage it, without breaking anything. The rack and dishwasher are working fine.
Only problem was removing the spray tower from the old rack.. Had to search the internet to find out that is is very simple, just rotate tower and it pops out.
The lower dishrack was easy. I read some of the comments on line and figured out you had to gently rotate the tower on the lower dishrack. Removing the rail stop on the upper rack was simple once you figured out how to do it. I had to read several comments. I used a screwdriver to help push the stop in the direction of the arrow! Other comments had said a thumb push was OK. I thought directions came with the product but I contacted the help email which referred me to the "installation instructions online" which were customer comments. I spent most of the time, a good 15 minutes trying to figure out how to remove the stop rack and about a second to remove it once I knew what to do. The rest was very quick. Installing new dishracks is really very easy.
This repair was very easy to do. Removed the old rack and removed the center spray diverter and reinstalled in the new rack. I also replaced the front panel as the old one was dented. This was very easy as well removed two srews and the panel slide off and the new one installed just as easy.
removed the old one and replaced it with the new one very simple twist center to remove no tools needed
It's realy simple you just take out the rack, remove the parts you want to save ,like wheels or bins, and you just insert the new one and it's ready to use , no tools are needed.
Take out the old rack and slide the new one in, that easy, and it arrived within 48hrs after ordering. Great service!!
Bottom rack slides out and twist off center tower and twisted back on the new one and slide back in. Top rack removed rack stops with small flathead screwdriver and removed top rack accessories and put on new rack. Slide in and put rack stops back on. Easy. Note: Bottom rack is slightly different so some accessories could not be added back on. Happy with purchase
Removed old top rack end caps on wheel, removedold rack. Replaced with new rack and replacedend caps.Slid old bottom rack out.Put new one in. Repair completed.
Easy to remove the rack and the silverware tray. The only difficulty was to figure out that the center spray distributer had to be rotated off. It would be nice if the new rack was furnished with an instruction for disassembly and reassembly.
Removed the lower rack from the dishwasher. Removing the cylinder in the center of the rack was a challenge...finally figured out if I twisted it, removal was easier. Twisted back into place on the new rack...took a little while, but eventually it clicked into place.
I removed old rack, took off the sprayer mount with just a twist, put it on the new rack and set it in my dishwasher
Removed old tray, rotated out spray tower. Inserted spray tower into new rack, replaced rack.
Slid out old part, took a little bit to figure out how to remove inside spray nozzle; put in spray nozzle in new part: slid in new part.
