Both dishracks needed to be replaced.
Assembled the lower dishrack as per the instructions provided and installed in the dishwasher. The upper rack came with some spare parts but no instructions and I could not figure out what they were for or where they went so they remained just that, spare parts.

Bottom rack dish holders rusted
Put wheels on new bottom rack and put back in dishwasher. Like that the back racks can lie down for pots and large dishes. Removed the the wash arm and replaced the ring. Too easy

Replaced lower rack
Just followed the instructions and used the old one as template to snap components together. Quality seems to be same as the original one and Part Select was some 15% plus less expensive then next best competitor

The coating on the old racks had split causing rust
The new racks virtually slid right in! Very little work. My dishwasher looks brand new! I should have ordered from you years ago!!!!
I am EXTREMELY satisfied, and will be back for more! I highly recommend PartSelect! The parts arrived quickly, and were a breeze to install. THANKS!

Worn out lower dishrack
I read the instuctions and snapped it together just following the pictures...reading only when the picture was not enough information for me. My husband thought I pulled it out of the box already put togethr, he did not know I put it together.

Replace the dishrack, which came unassembled
The dishrack fits perfectly in our 10 yr old KitchenAid dishwasher. Took a little while installing the wheels and 3 rows of tines that were not in place as instruction sheet was a bit vague. Our old rack had had several tines rust off, and recently learned that we should be using liquid detergent as the powder is like a sandblasting agent over time. Also we didn't get a knife/fork basket with the rack; however, old one fit okay.

50% of the bottom rack tines were broken off due to age
I looked up the part on the Internet and checked locally. The part had to be ordered locallybso I placed my order on line. The part came quickly and the instructions were fairly clear. The parts just clipped together which made it vey easy to so and it is nicer than the rack we had before.

Dishracks old and worn
Did not have to do any repair, the parts for the dishwasher come with all the necessary parts and no tools were necessary. the wheels were snapped into place for the lower rack and the upper rack should needed to be place in the sliders. The Middle arm holder is not necessary as it comes standard.

Replace the bottom rack of my dishwasher
I was floored at how fast the part had arrived.(next day) The instructions were very easy to follow and in only a few minutes the few simple parts were assembled and installed.By the way, my wife had priced this part two years ago when small rust areas had appeared. your price had not gone up!
