Old cartridge burner plate connectors had failed

Simply bought a new cartridge, pulled the old one out and put in the new one. The best thing was that I used another cartridge bottom to replace the bad connectors on the still shiny top and then had two good looking cartridge tops.

Old down-draft stove came with house we purchased

This Jenn-Air stove must be 40 years old. At first when I learned I could purchase a new burner element the price seemed high...until I priced new stoves. I unpacked the unit and plugged it in. That was it. The part even has a 5 year warranty. I'm impressed.

Silverware basket was for our Whirlpool dishwasher. Had no problem matching it up since your site has pictures and dimensions. No installation needed.

Really old looking stove top

Although I am a surgeon, my past experiences trying to repair worn-out 25 year-old appliances have not gone well. Therefore, I approached this entire episode with great deal of doubt and apprehension. 23 year old cooktop. Both cartridges were in very poor condition . Two of the cooking elements did not work.

THE REPAIR CONSISTED OF OPENING THE PACKAGE AND PLACING THE NEW CARTRIDGE INTO POSITION. LOOKS GOOD AND WORKS LIKE NEW. DELIVERY WAS WITHIN TWO DAYS. THANKS.

Electric burners did not work.

This is very easy The JennAire burner modules slide out very quickly. I was able to do both modules for $360 versus buying a new JennAir stove top for over $1200.

Erratic electric burner performance

Heating elements were old and not working

removed old cartridge and inserted new cartridge, less than 10 seconds. Wish I had replaced this cartridge several years ago. I have ordered a second one to replace the remaining old one.
