Eyes burned out on old cartridge
Simply unpluged the old cartridges and plugged in the new ones, it could not have been easier. My 18 year old cooktop looks brand new. My old cartridges were black and the new ones are stainless, but, the look is good, since most new appliances are now stainless. The best part is that it cost less than half of what a new cooktop would have cost plus all of the mess that would have been made tearing out the old one and installing a new one. Thanks PartSelect, A Very Satisfied Customer.

Two electric burners were intermittent heaters
Searched on the Web for the prt number printed on the cartridge itself. Found Partselect, and liked availability, price and delivery.
Replacement was literally a 30-sec task, without tools.
Works perfectly, spousal unit happy, more hot dinners ready when I am!

Cartridge was old and worn out.
Pulled out the old one, pluged in the new one. It took me longer to open the box! PartSelect made it so easy to order and the shipping was super fast and at low cost. I looked on ebay and saw people paying more (with shipping and handling) for used parts. Thank you PartSelect!

The front burned had stopped working completely.
All I had to do was remove the old insert with the two burners in it and clean under it, then insert the new one! It was really simple. I didn't even need my husband to help!

Worn oven seal
If you have some mechanical ability it is a eazy fix, remove the 2 screws attaching door to oven, disassemble the back screws, and inner panel, remove oven seal, and reverse the process.

My stove is a 1985 model and the coils did not heat evenly any more.
When I called to inquire if a new cartrige would fit in my 1985 model range the gentleman walked me through unplugging the old cartrige to see how it connected. I did this while on the phone with him and I then explained the connection; he told me that a new cartrige would just plug into the same place....and it did! You had a great person at your service desk. Thank you
