It is approximately 13 inches long and is designed to fit between the blower tubes to provide for more flexible movement and range of motion for the rigid sections of the blower tube. This prevents damage to the blower tubes and facilitates the easy flow of air and debris. The bellows tube is typically made of rubber and is designed to expand and contract as needed. The bellows tube can fail due to general wear and tear, or physical damage, resulting in air leakage and loss of suction power. Locate the ends of the bellows tube and remove the bellows clamp assembly that holds it in place. Remove the old bellows tube and attach the new one in its place. Secure it with the bellows clamps, and ensure it is properly aligned before operating the blower vacuum again.
