Crisper frame and rail were damaged
I removed the glass top and then rail and frame. I had to remove the gaskets from the old frame and put them on the new one. The steel support and the slide mechanisms were difficult to remove. I needed a screwdriver to do this. Some directions would have helped here. It was easier to snap them back into the new frame. I set the frame and then rail back into the refrigerator, replaced the glass.

Ladder hooks and center crisper rail broken
I removed the crisper drawers, glass shelf, and frame assembly to install the ladder hook. Before reinstalling the glass shelf on top of the crisper frame, I installed the center crisper rail. Thank goodness for websites like this!

Busted shelf / divider
Repair was a piece of cake. My only wish would have been a little more informed on a few other parts I could have replaced as well. It obviously would have increased my cost, but would have simplified the install process, and still would have been cheaper then calling a service guide. I would recommend buying and installing the new gaskets when doing this. And possibly the steel support bar that goes threw the plastic shelf. Removing that bar was the most difficult task, difficult only that if you used to much force, SNAP!! and then your pissed! and have to start all over.

The rail to hold the crisper drawers broke
I first removed the bottom shelf. Then I popped the rail in. It was pretty easy although I did have to use some force to fit it in. Ordering the part and doing it myself was a lot cheaper than calling the repair man.

Center bar to hold crispers was broken
I was easily able to find the part using the online search. I order the part and it arrived in about two days. Installing the part meant pulling out the two crisper drawers, emptying the shelf above the crispers, removing two glass shelf plates, inserting the new part, replacing the glass plates, replacing the food on the shelf and sliding in the two crisper drawers. All in all, about 3 minutes.

Broken plastic tray and rail
Installed the Dairy Door on the new Dairy Tray. Removed the old tray, replaced the new tray on the refrigerator door. The vegetable and fruit drawers were removed and the glass shelf was removed. The new plastic rail was placed in the slot and the shelf replaced. The drawers were replaced.
The hardest part of this job was to select and purchase the correct parts. Your website mad that task easy.

Rear mount tab broken on center crisper rail
It took longer to empty the glass shelf above the Crisper Bins than to replace the rail. Since the part simply snaps in place, no tools were required

Tabs on center crisper rail broken
Very simple repair. However, if PartSelect doesn't find your model number, you MUST call them to make sure you get the correct part. I just found a similar part but it didn't fit. Because I had not called, I had to pay to return the item myself but they refunded my original shipping charges and sent me the correct part.

Old ice maker didn't make ice
After shutting off refrigerator and shutting off water to unit, I removed both freezer food baskets and the door. Loosened screws and removed old icemaker (unpluged wire harness). Took wire harness and front cover from old and plugged into new. Placed back into fridge, plugged in harness, made sure fill tube was properly placed and reconnected door and replaced food baskets. Turned on water and power. Had ice cubes in about one half hour--and I'm getting more ice than I ever did before. THANKS
