This part fixes the following symptoms:
I removed two nut head screws on the base front panel. Pull the panel downward and the panel came off. Then I removed the two nut head screws off the bottom of the door frame.Pulled out the front frame and pulled slightly downward. I removed the wire connections that were on the door light switch. Then removed the door, and set it aside. With the door removed, I could see the dryer barrel and the belt wrapping around it. I then removed the front frame by taking out the four bolt head screws. I removed the frame panel. Looking in you can see the barrel with the belt around it. I slid the belt off to the rear of the barrel. I then slid the barrel out the front of the case. I then removed the belt. I installed the new belt around the idler arm and the motor shaft. (lay the belt in the rear of the case. Then reinstalled the barrel and set it on the two rollers in the rear. I then reached around the barrel toward the rear of the case and pulled the belt up and over the top of the barrel.Keeping the ribbed side down against the drum.Put the front frame and four screws back on, keeping the barrel centered and seated in the frame front. Then reattach the door and door frame, making sure to rehook the wires for the door light switch. Then reattach the bottom two screws and the bottom panel. All done.

Ordered parts per recommendation of expert. Removed front of dryer, removed inner panel, replaced drum support roller, idler pulley shaft, and replaced the belt. Put inner front door on and then front of dryer, voila!!! It works just fine.
removed front cover 2 lower screws. once front cover was off, the front drum support bracket was visable. removed 4 screws that hold that in. the drum is now loose and not supported in the front. pulled drive belt tensioner back to release belt. removed 2 top cover screws to get more vertical room to lift drum out. once drum was out, i used a snap ring plyers to take retainer ring off to remove damaged rear drum support rollers. replaced both rear rollers. also replaced drive belt and door lamp. the bearing in the left roller had seized and torn a big hole thru the roller . assembled in reverse order. now drum is nice and quiet
I opened the dryer by lifting the top and propping it open. I unscrewed two screws on either side with a flat-blade screwdriver, unclipped the dryer stop door micro switch. I slid the new belt over the drum to the center, then used the flashlight to see where it went. There is a tension wheel that had to be pulled to the right and with the belt in place release against the belt to apply constant pressure during operation. I vacuumed the dryer out and put it back together
