Hello Dennis, Thank you for your inquiry. This error usually indicates a loss of communication between the touchpad and control panel. If you've checked the connections between the control panel and board, we would recommend testing the control panel with a multimeter to see if it has continuity. Otherwise, it could be the controller. Hope this helps!

We have a Kenmore range and the oven does not function properly. With the back cover removed we saw a relay board where some arching appears on a spade. The part number i see ehp317462713 on the tag. It is an Electrolux pcb. All i can find to cross reference this relay board is the part number you have listed as 316442112. Is this the correct number part i would need. Regards

Hello Randy, thank you for inquiring! The part number you have mentioned is also known as the surface burner control board and controls the heat to the surface burner. The part that controls the oven is PartSelect Number PS2332472, which is also the clock. Issues with the oven are usually a result of that part failing. All range eyes will not work.Looks like no power to them. Could this part fix the problem
