All 8 wheels broken from lower rack & basket broken

went to sears and was told axles not available ! after they sold my wife all 8 wheels in two diffrent colors. started looking on line found your web site I entered my model number. In a matter of minutes I found the parts checked stock ordered them and recived conformation.

Original silverware basket broken

Removed original silverware basket from dishwasher rack. Replaced it with new silverware basket. Placed original silverware basket in recycle bin (plastic content). So easy, even my 24 year old son could do it!

Control module went out - causing the heating element to super heat, melting several of the plastic interior parts

I replaced the control module, and effected plastic interior parts - tested wihout heat, then re-tested with heat dry - performed beautifully. This is a pretty expensive unit that would cost around $1500 to replace new. And, Sears wanted $1500 to repair, so I saved a bunch doing it myself for about $350.
