Burner Control Knob - Stainless WB03X24360

I took a chance and ordered a knob for our GE Monogram range top. It worked fine and I was happy to have found the part on PartSelect's website.

I had to replace two knobs on my counter top stove. After reading several reviews and noticing that several expressed difficulties with the fit of the new knobs, I decided to go with OEM parts thru PartSelect. Even though they were more expensive, I'm glad I made that decision...the fit was perfect and the repair simple. Thanks for the quality part and fast shipment!

moved into a new rental home, first time we used the stove the knob snapped off. it was evident that it had been home repaired with glue. model number on the stove is hidden underneath but this website was awesome and i was able to identify the stove by picture and got the exact match. thanks

I received the knobs I ordered on time and well packaged. These were the genuine parts exactly like my orginal knobs. I am very pleased with my purchase.

GE did not have these in stock but PartSelect had them at at much lower cost. Definitely would recommend using them vs. GE direct purchase.

The part looks like it is made of different, possibly more durable, material than the original. That will be good because the plastic tube that fit over the "d" shape shaft of the stovetop original knob broke fairly easily. I repaired one with super glue probably 2 years ago but that fix shattered into 4 pieces and was not holding at the second repair. The replacement part was easy to identify and came quickly and fit correctly to replace the knob. I ordered a spare because another of the knobs has a crack on same tube, but so far still useable.

I paid the extra for 2-3 day delivery. 1 of 4 arrived in the time promised. The other 3 took 14 days to arrive. The order said the items were in stock on my original order. Why did only part of the order get the expedited shipping? I don't consider this to be good service.
