Will this kit let me replace hinge that holds the glass door that lifts up? The two "pins" on hinges broke

I need to replace just the clear flip door on the top door shelf of the fridge. Like where you store butter. The bin is fine, but the clear flip door has broken hinges on one side. I can't figure out what part number that is. Thank you!
