I removed the cabinet and agitator, layed the machine on it's back, removed the pump, motor and gearcase. I found a way to prop the gearcase up so it rested level, removed the cover, drained the old oil. I removed all internal parts, disassembled them and cleaned them. I reassembled the gearcase using the new uetral drain assembly, and re

Does this kit come with #25 (plastic circular gear)? Thanks!
For model number Wtw5300vw2
Hello John, thank you for your question. No, the item# 25 does not come with the kit. It has to be ordered separately, or by ordering the gearcase assembly. I hope this helps.

Hi, my machine didn’t agitate strong enough but it spin and drained well. I had replaced motor coupler and clutch assembly but agitation is still weak. I can even turn the agitator unit by hands during agitation. I notified some clicking noise possibly from gear box during agitation. I took a part the gear box but by looking, it seemed fine. I’m trying to understand what cause the noise and weak agitation? If i can replace the neutral pak , would it help? Thanks, john

Hello John and thanks for writing.
Have you checked the little agitator clogs # PS388034, make sure they are not missing or broken.
Replacing the neutral pak might help but it is not usually the cause of this. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime.
